"I choose to trust and believe because it gives me hope, strength, and courage. Especially when I face times of doubt, depression, hard trials, and heartache. I choose to keep trusting and believing in God and Jesus Christ. I know they are real. I love them and they love me. I also choose to believe in the great strengthening power I can receive from them as well as through attending the temple that will help me through those hard times.
