How do you find Rest in Christ?

I’ve learned that rest doesn’t always come from having fewer responsibilities or a quieter life. For me, true rest comes from Jesus. When life feels busy or heavy, turning to Him brings a sense of peace that I don’t find anywhere else.
My challenges don’t immediately disappear, but my heart feels lighter. Through prayer and remembering that the Savior understands me perfectly, I feel less overwhelmed.
I know that Christ wants us to come to Him exactly as we are, especially when we are struggling. Because of His love, I am able to move forward with more peace, patience, and hope. I am grateful that I can always find rest in Him.
